Saturday, February 27
Morning - Illinois Angus Futurity Show -- Lowderman Auction Facility, Macomb, IL
2 p.m. -  Illinois Angus Futurity Sale --Lowderman Auction Facility, Macomb, IL

Sunday, March 7 
 8:00 am  — Early Virtual Check-In Opens ($55/head per ring) (visit www.illinoisbeefexpo.com for more information)
*Market Animal exhibitors have the option to declare their weight on their virtual check-in form or in-person at the show. All weights must be declared by 4:00pm on Friday, March 12th. A scale will be available at the fairgrounds for use starting Friday at 8:00am.

 Thursday, March 11 
11:59 pm — Early Virtual Check in ends. 
Any cattle checked-in after this deadline will pay an increased entry fee.

Friday, March 12
8:00 am - Exhibitors may begin arriving
(No marking of stalls or trailer space is allowed prior to this)
12:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Trade Show Open
4:00 pm - Late Check-in ends ($75/head per ring).
ALL CATTLE MUST BE VIRTUALLY CHECKED-IN BY 4:00PM ON FRIDAY.
No check-ins will be accepted after this!
*All Market Animal exhibitors that did not declare their weight(s) on their virtual check-in form, must do so 4:00pm.
4:00pm-6:00pm - Steer and Heifer Exhibitor card pick-up. Any exhibitors with stall fees or IBA dues still needing to be paid will need to do so at this time. 

Saturday, March 13 
7:30am - 8:30am - Steer and Heifer Exhibitor card pick-up. Any exhibitors with stall fees or IBA dues still needing to be paid will need to do so at this time. 
8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Trade Show Open

:00am - Ring A Steer Show begins (with breed steers alphabetically by breed, followed by AOB Steers, followed by Crossbred, followed by Market Heifers). Ring B will begin just as soon as Champion Angus steer is completed in Ring A
** Steers are released to leave at the conclusion of the steer show**
3:00pm-6:00pm - Heifer Exhibitor Card Pick Up continues. Any exhibitors with stall fees or IBA dues still needing to be paid will need to do so at this time. 

Sunday, March 14 
7:30 am - 8:30am - Heifer Exhibitor card pick-up.
8:00 am - 2:00 pm - Trade Show Open
8:00 am - Ring A Heifer Show begins (with breed heifers alphabetically by breed, followed by AOB Heifers, followed by Commercial), Ring B will begin just as soon as Champion Angus heifer is completed in Ring A.
